Here’s the actual emails, because I totally ‘threatened’ them, and was 'disrespectful’. In fact I even sent a last ticket because I wanted things to work out, they didn’t even RESPOND to that one. Since you don’t get sent a copy of your ticket, I copy-pasted on my previous blog what I had sent in the ticket so it could be recorded.
“Figured I’d message one last time on the items being damaged in this before I started the chargeback. A chargeback will be for the full amount, when all I wanted since the items were flop worthy was to be credited the difference between the amount I paid and the proper flop price they should have been. If I have to go through with the chargeback since you’ll blacklist me, you’ll lose my business. If you just give me the partial refund like I asked, you won’t lose my business or the full amount of money in the order. For your reference, I have gone through and found items in your ‘Flop’ list that have the same issues as my ready made. Any of the ones with fragments are listed as ‘rogues’ like mine. Fragments: 35207, 31291, 36720, 37047, 35607 Poorly Trimmed: 38230, 37884 (this gouge is much like the one on my tentacle), 37989.
Once again, I’m including the images of the damages in the items I received, as well as overall pictures and image of my receipt and bag stickers. Please reconsider, as I really would like to do future business with you if you can show you have proper customer service.”
